The Uniacke and District Volunteer Fire Department offers a hall available to rent for weddings, meetings, dances, banquets, and other special occasions.

A $75 deposit is required to hold your date.

Your booking will be confirmed once full payment has been received.

The door code for hall access will be provided after all rental fees are paid in full.

Hall Capacity

With Tables & Chairs (banquet, wedding, etc)

Maximum Capacity: 200

Events Serving Alcohol (dance, etc)

Maximum Capacity: 236

Events Without Alcohol Being Served

Maximum Capacity: 350

Rental Rates

Regular Hall Rental

  • $40 per 2-hour block (except Friday & Saturday evenings)
  • Includes use of kitchen countertops and fridge

Friday or Saturday Events

  • $150 per night
  • Includes use of kitchen countertops and fridge

Full Kitchen Rental – Optional Add-On

  • $150
  • Includes use of appliances, dishes, and all kitchen amenities

Bar Service

  • $150
  • Bartender(s) provided by the Fire Department
  • Alcohol is provided and sold by the Fire Department
  • Renters must obtain a Special Event Liquor License by contacting N.S. Alcohol and Gaming at (902) 424-6160 or visiting their website: Special Occasion Liquor License.

Non-Profit Discount

Registered non-profit groups receive 50% off all rental rates (excluding the $75 deposit). Please mention your non-profit status when booking.
